This hotel in a great area of Nice offered excellent value for money. The small but well-equipped rooms came with a kitchenette and even had their own balconies. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a nice addition to get the day started.
All in all, everything was okay and there were no major issues.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is near to the Congress center and right on the tramway. It is just a block from a tram stop which connects to the old town. The room provided good value for the price paid, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of options, although the service and organization could be improved. it is a well-located hotel with decent facilities.
The cleanliness of the bathroom floor could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to a tram stop which connected us to the old town. The hotel facilities were great, especially the kitchenette with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
